Refund and Returns Policy

At The George Inn, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with our service. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

  • Online Food Orders: Refunds or replacements are offered for incorrect, damaged, or missing items. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once we identify the error, we initiate refund immediately, but it can take between 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Restaurant Bookings: Deposits or prepayments for bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Gift Vouchers: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
